Automotive keynote speaker
Buyers configure online before they call. The experience decides where they sign.
Real rooms. Real people. Real change.

Everyone now has the same AI, the same data and the same tools.
The only difference left is your people.
Buyers build and price online, compare inventory across three states and read every review before they visit, while EVs and software updates keep rewriting the product.
The showroom, the service lane and the phone call still decide where they sign and where they come back.
Most shoppers meet your brand on a listing, a review or a video walkaround long before they meet a salesperson. If the person they finally meet doesn’t match what they saw online, trust drops fast.
The next car is often sold by the service advisor, not the salesperson. How an advisor explains a repair, a recall or a delay decides whether the customer returns or tries the store across town.
Electrification, connected cars and over-the-air updates turn veteran product experts into beginners overnight. People who feel outpaced by the car they sell lose confidence in front of the customer.
Automotive and industrial teams that trusted me, among others

From the OEM regional office to the parts counter, your people are asking one of them.
Will a machine do my job?
The better the machines get, the more your people will set you apart.
Why it lands with automotive audiences: AI now prices inventory, writes the follow-up texts and runs diagnostics before a technician opens the hood. This shows your people why trust, judgment and genuine attention to a customer stay human advantages as the car and the dealership go digital.
Why does someone else get chosen?
What your people know rarely gets them chosen. What others see in them does.
Why it lands with automotive audiences: car buyers and service customers decide in seconds whether they trust a salesperson, an advisor or a whole store. This shows your teams how the five ABCDE dimensions, from the online listing to the handshake on delivery day, decide who earns the sale and the next visit.
I can open an OEM dealer meeting, anchor the general session at an automotive retail conference or pair a keynote with a breakout at your fixed operations summit. The keynote runs from 45 to 75 minutes, so it fits between the product reveal and the incentive announcements without stretching your day.
I work hand in hand with your organizers to understand everyone in your room, from OEM field managers to service directors. The examples on stage come from your stores and your customers.
I focus on the specific moments where automotive customers decide to stay or leave. That is why the takeaways work on the sales floor, at the parts counter and in the service drive the next morning.
Automotive events love a reveal. The world’s first 3D immersive keynote brings that same wow factor to a brand convention, a dealer meeting or a product launch.
Automotive events mix manufacturer teams, dealer principals, store managers and aftermarket partners. The keynote speaks to all of them without talking down to anyone.
No slides, no pre-recorded hologram beamed in from somewhere else.
I stay live in the room while your leaders, sponsors and theme step into the story.
How clients describe it, in their own words.
How clients make it their own.
I help automotive teams become the people buyers choose after they’ve compared everything else.
I’m Sylvie di Giusto. Before my first keynote, I spent nearly twenty years inside corporations, the last of them leading the management academy of Europe’s largest retail and tourism group, where retail customers judged us every day and I booked the speakers myself. Today I’m a CPAE Speaker Hall of Fame keynote speaker, and I study one question for a living: why people choose one person over another. In automotive that question decides every sale and every service visit. Among others, AutoZone, BASF, Henkel or MHEDA trusted me with their people. I love rooms full of people who sell, fix and build the things others depend on.
In their words, not ours.
Sylvie was absolutely delightful as she embraced, engaged and empowered the AutoZone team during her International Women’s Week keynote presentation. She developed an instant connection and kept her audience captivated. She was responsive, well-organized and took the time to prepare well in advance, which included visiting an AutoZone store! We would highly recommend Sylvie; she has set the bar high.
You are a super star! I have never seen such a performance on stage. It Was something really special for everyone!
You were the best yesterday, I was lucky to be there and see you on stage!
The uniform consensus among my team is that Sylvie is the best speaker they have had, ever. I couldn’t agree more.

Everything in The Power of Choice comes from my book The Image of Leadership, and the industrial edition, Builders, Movers, Makers, brings it to the industries that make and move things, cars and parts included. Its foreword is by Jeannette Walker, CEO of MHEDA.
It shows salespeople, advisors and managers how appearance, behavior, communication, digital presence and environment decide whether customers trust them with one of the biggest purchases they make. Some clients hand a copy to every attendee as the take-home from the meeting.

Algorithms now price the inventory, text the leads and read the fault code before a technician opens the hood. Forever Human shows where a salesperson, a service advisor and a technician still make the difference a buyer remembers.
Readers see which tasks to hand to the software and which conversations to protect, from the trade-in negotiation to bad news about a repair. Many dealer groups put a copy in every attendee’s hands, so the ideas make it back to the sales floor and the service drive.
Sylvie di Giusto is a CPAE Speaker Hall of Fame keynote speaker trusted by AutoZone and by industrial companies such as BASF, Henkel or MHEDA, among others. Her keynotes, Forever Human and The Power of Choice, are customized to OEM, dealer and aftermarket audiences and can be delivered as the world’s first 3D immersive keynote.
The Power of Choice is usually the better fit for sales and service teams because it shows how car buyers decide whom to trust, online and in the store. Forever Human fits leadership meetings and OEM events focused on AI, digital retailing and the future of the dealership. Sylvie can help you choose based on your theme.
Yes. The Power of Choice applies directly to the service drive, where an advisor’s appearance, behavior and communication decide whether a customer trusts the repair recommendation. Sylvie customizes examples to fixed operations, so advisors and technicians see their own daily moments.
Yes. Sylvie di Giusto addresses it from both sides: Forever Human shows what stays human as buyers shop, finance and even purchase online, and The Power of Choice shows how a dealership’s digital presence and its people must tell the same story. Together they help teams win the customer who has already done all the research.
It can help with the human side of the change. Forever Human shows salespeople, technicians and managers that new technology makes them more valuable, not less, because customers need someone they trust to explain it.
As soon as your dates are firm, especially if the meeting is timed around a model year launch or a major industry show. The 3D immersive keynote needs extra planning time with your venue. Check availability to hold the date.
