Hospitality keynote speaker

The hospitality keynote speaker who helps your audience stay irreplaceable

Booking takes one tap. Guests return for the people who made the trip.

Real rooms. Real people. Real change.

  • Client story: FSAE (3D immersive keynote)

Everyone now has the same AI, the same data and the same tools.
The only difference left is your people.

The problem your hospitality audience faces

Rooms are booked by algorithm. Loyalty is still earned in the lobby.

Online travel agencies rank you beside a hundred properties, mobile keys skip the front desk and AI concierges answer at 3 a.m.
Guests still remember one thing: who made them feel expected.

Your property looks interchangeable.

On a booking site, your suite is a photo, a rate and a star rating next to dozens of others. Only your people turn a reservation into a guest who asks for you next time.

Your front line runs thin.

Housekeeping, front office and guest services cover more rooms per shift than ever. Tired teams fall back on scripts, and guests feel it long before checkout.

Your reviews are written by people.

One conversation at the desk, the pool or the gate ends up in a review thousands will read. Every team member is now part of your marketing department.

What’s on your hospitality team’s mind

Two questions your people carry from the lobby to the leadership meeting.

From housekeeping to the general manager’s office, your team is asking one of them.

Will a machine do my job?

Forever Human keynote by Sylvie di Giusto

Forever Human

The better the machines get, the more your people will set you apart.

Why it lands with hospitality audiences: Mobile check-in, chatbots and dynamic pricing now handle what used to take a person. This shows hoteliers, travel advisors and airline teams the moments only people can deliver, from the recovery after a lost reservation to the welcome that makes a guest feel known.

Why does someone else get chosen?

The Power of Choice keynote by Sylvie di Giusto

The Power of Choice

What your people know rarely gets them chosen. What others see in them does.

Why it lands with hospitality audiences: guests decide within seconds of arrival whether a place deserves their trust and their return. This shows your teams how appearance, behavior, communication, digital presence and environment shape every touchpoint, from the listing photos to the farewell at the door.

What I bring to your hospitality stage

A keynote from someone who worked the tourism side.

Tourism leadership, from inside

I led the leadership academy of Thomas Cook, then Europe’s largest tourism group, and booked its speakers myself. I know what travel and hospitality leaders need from a keynote, and what they have already heard too often.

Your brand standards, my stage

Before your event, I prepare with your team to understand your general managers, sales leaders and frontline teams. I use your service standards, your loyalty language and your guest moments, so the keynote sounds like your company instead of a textbook.

Fits your brand conference

I can open a hotel brand conference, close a general managers meeting or add a breakout at your owners and franchisees conference. For a service excellence awards evening or travel advisor symposium your guests of honor should still talk about at checkout, I bring the 3D immersive version.

Ready for a global room

I work in English and German and have served audiences in more than 25 countries. International brand conferences and travel trade events get a speaker who is at home in a multilingual crowd.

Who’s in your room

Every role that shapes a guest’s stay.

Hospitality events bring owners, brands and the people who actually welcome guests into one room. I make sure each of them hears their own job in the keynote.

The people in the seats

  • Hotel general managers
  • Front office managers
  • Directors of sales and marketing
  • Revenue managers
  • Guest experience directors
  • Executive housekeepers
  • Resort and spa directors
  • Luxury travel advisors
  • Tour operators
  • Airline customer service leaders
  • Cruise line teams
  • Hotel owners and asset managers
  • Destination sales teams

Where I fit in your year

  • Hotel brand conference
  • General managers meeting
  • Owners and franchisees conference
  • Travel advisor symposium
  • Hospitality association convention
  • Airline leadership meeting
  • Service excellence awards
The experience, live on your stage

Bring the world’s first 3D immersive keynote to your general managers meeting.

No slides, no pre-recorded hologram beamed in from somewhere else.
I stay live in the room while your leaders, sponsors and theme step into the story.

About me

Hospitality, where I learned what service means.

I trained leaders for Europe’s largest tourism group. Now I help hospitality teams become the reason guests return.

I’m Sylvie di Giusto. For years my office was inside the travel business: before my first keynote, I headed the leadership academy of Thomas Cook, then Europe’s largest tourism group, where I developed leaders and booked speakers myself. Today I’m a CPAE Speaker Hall of Fame keynote speaker, and hospitality still feels like home. Among others, Hilton, Waldorf Astoria, Virtuoso or American Airlines trusted me with their people. Hospitality teams spend their days making other people feel special. For one keynote, my job is to do the same for them, and to send them back to their guests with something new to offer.

The Image of Leadership in Hospitality, by Sylvie di Giusto
For everyone who welcomes a guest

The Image of Leadership in Hospitality.

The Power of Choice is built on my book The Image of Leadership, and its Hospitality edition carries a foreword by Matt Kyle Schechter of NYC Tourism + Conventions. It is written for hoteliers, travel professionals and everyone whose job is to make strangers feel welcome.

It shows how appearance, behavior, communication, digital presence and environment decide whether a guest trusts your property, your crew or your advisor, and books again. Hospitality clients often send every attendee home with a copy.

Forever Human, a book by Sylvie di Giusto
For hoteliers and travel teams

Forever Human, for the welcome guests remember.

Mobile keys, chatbots and revenue algorithms already run much of the guest journey. Forever Human points to the moments that remain human, from the recovery after a botched booking to the greeting that makes a guest feel known.

Readers learn to let technology handle the transaction so their teams can own the memory a guest writes about in the review. Many hotel groups give a copy to every general manager at their conference, so the ideas reach the front desk at every property.

Good to know

Questions hospitality planners ask.

Who is the best hospitality keynote speaker for a hotel or travel conference?

Sylvie di Giusto is a CPAE Speaker Hall of Fame keynote speaker who led the leadership academy of Thomas Cook, then Europe’s largest tourism group, before she began speaking. Hilton, Waldorf Astoria, Virtuoso or American Airlines trusted her with their people, among others. Her keynotes, Forever Human and The Power of Choice, are customized to your brand and your event theme.

Forever Human or The Power of Choice: which keynote suits a hotel conference?

The Power of Choice suits hotel teams focused on guest experience and reviews, because it shows how guests judge a property and its people within seconds. Forever Human suits leaders introducing mobile check-in, AI concierges and automated revenue tools, because it shows which parts of hospitality only humans can deliver. General managers meetings often pick Forever Human, while frontline events often pick The Power of Choice.

Is there a keynote speaker on AI and the future of hospitality?

Yes. Sylvie di Giusto’s Forever Human keynote speaks to hoteliers, travel companies and airlines about AI in booking, pricing and guest service. She shows leaders where technology should take over and where a human welcome remains the reason guests come back.

Who is a good keynote speaker for a travel advisor or luxury travel event?

Sylvie di Giusto is a strong fit for travel advisor and luxury travel events, and Virtuoso trusted her with its people, among others. Her keynote The Power of Choice shows advisors how clients decide whom to trust with the trips that matter most to them, and how to stay the advisor they choose over a booking site.

Can a keynote speaker help hotel teams deliver a better guest experience?

Yes. Sylvie di Giusto shows hotel and resort teams how guests form judgments at every touchpoint, from the booking page and the lobby to the uniform and the farewell. Her customized keynote gives front office, housekeeping and service teams a shared language for the moments that turn a stay into loyalty.

Does Sylvie speak at international hospitality events in English and German?

Yes. Sylvie di Giusto works in English and German and has served audiences in more than 25 countries, which suits global hotel brands and travel trade events. Her keynotes are available in person, hybrid or virtual.

How far ahead should we book a keynote speaker for a hotel general managers meeting?

Book as soon as the meeting dates are confirmed, since popular conference weeks fill early and a customized 3D immersive keynote needs some extra preparation time. Check her availability to hold your date.
