Dental keynote speaker

The dental keynote speaker who helps your audience stay irreplaceable

Patients can find a dentist anywhere. They return to the practice they trust.

Real rooms. Real people. Real change.

Everyone now has the same AI, the same data and the same tools.
The only difference left is your people.

The problem your dental audience faces

Clinical skill is expected. Trust is what fills the chair.

Patients compare practices on their phones, book online and read reviews before they ever sit down.
Once they arrive, they judge the whole team in seconds, starting at the front desk.

Your patients arrive anxious.

Many people dread the appointment long before they walk in. How your team greets, explains and reassures decides whether they accept treatment or quietly disappear from the schedule.

Your whole team is the brand.

Patients can’t judge a crown margin, but they notice the phone greeting, the tone chairside and how the operatory looks. Hygienists, assistants and front office staff shape trust as much as the dentist does.

Convenience is everywhere.

Online booking, direct to consumer aligners and AI chat promise speed and low prices. Practices keep patients for decades when those patients feel known, not processed.

What’s on your dental team’s mind

Two questions your team carries into the dental meeting.

Dentists, hygienists and office managers ask them in different words, but they all ask.

Will a machine do my job?

Forever Human keynote by Sylvie di Giusto

Forever Human

The better the machines get, the more your people will set you apart.

Why it lands with dental audiences: AI already reads radiographs, flags decay and answers the practice phone after hours. This shows dentists and their teams why chairside empathy, clear explanations and human judgment grow more valuable as technology takes on the routine.

Why does someone else get chosen?

The Power of Choice keynote by Sylvie di Giusto

The Power of Choice

What your people know rarely gets them chosen. What others see in them does.

Why it lands with dental audiences: patients decide within moments whether they trust a practice enough to say yes to a treatment plan. This shows the whole team how appearance, behavior, communication, digital presence and environment influence case acceptance, referrals and the reviews new patients read first.

What I bring to your stage

A keynote for the whole team, not just the doctor.

Written for every role in the practice

Dental meetings mix dentists, hygienists, assistants and front office teams. I build the keynote so each of them sees their own moments of truth, from the first phone call to checkout.

Fits your annual session

I can open a state dental association annual session, speak at a DSO leadership summit or join a study club meeting virtually. For a dental team day where hygienists, assistants and front office staff should still be talking on Monday, I bring the 3D immersive version.

Customized to your members

Before the event I talk with your organizers to learn the theme, the audience and the pressures your members feel right now, whether that is hiring, case acceptance or growing across several locations.

A planner’s perspective

I booked speakers for nearly twenty years before I became one, so I know what a study club organizer or an association meeting planner needs: a reliable partner who is on time, prepared and easy to work with.

Who’s in your room

From the chair to the front desk.

Dental audiences are teams, not job titles. The keynote speaks to the people who treat patients and to the people who keep the practice running.

The people in the seats

  • Practice owners and general dentists
  • Orthodontists, periodontists and other specialists
  • Dental hygienists
  • Dental assistants
  • Office and practice managers
  • Treatment coordinators
  • Front office and patient care coordinators
  • DSO executives and regional directors
  • Dental association leaders
  • Study club members
  • Dental school faculty
  • Dental supply and lab sales teams

Where I fit in your year

  • state dental association annual session
  • DSO leadership summit
  • study club meeting
  • dental team day
  • dental hygiene conference
  • dental industry sales meeting
The experience, live on your stage

Bring the world’s first 3D immersive keynote to your dental annual session.

No slides, no pre-recorded hologram beamed in from somewhere else.
I stay live in the room while your leaders, sponsors and theme step into the story.

About me

Dentistry, where trust starts at the front desk.

Patients rarely remember the procedure. They remember how your people made them feel.

I’m Sylvie di Giusto. My career started inside corporations: nearly twenty years, the last of them leading the leadership academy of Europe’s largest retail and tourism group and booking speakers myself, so I know what a well-chosen speaker can do for a team that works side by side all day. Today I’m a CPAE Speaker Hall of Fame keynote speaker, and I have served audiences in more than 25 countries. Healthcare organizations such as Logan University, Right at Home or BlueCross BlueShield trusted me, among others. Dental teams live my message every day: patients decide in seconds whether to trust the people leaning over them, and the practices that understand this keep their patients for decades.

The Image of Leadership in Health Care, by Sylvie di Giusto
Written for people patients trust with their health

The Image of Leadership in Health Care.

The Power of Choice grew out of my book The Image of Leadership. Its Health Care edition, with a foreword by Dr. Arlan W. Fuhr, is written for clinicians who run practices, lead teams and see patients face to face. That includes dentists and everyone who works alongside them.

It shows how appearance, behavior, communication, digital presence and environment decide whether patients trust a practice enough to accept care, come back and refer their family. Organizers often give a copy to every attendee, and it fits nicely on the break room shelf.

Forever Human, a book by Sylvie di Giusto
For the whole dental team

Forever Human, for the chairside moments.

AI now spots decay on the radiograph and answers the practice phone after hours. Forever Human explains why calming an anxious patient and explaining a treatment plan in plain words still belong to people.

Dentists, hygienists and front desk teams see which tasks technology can take and which moments keep patients loyal to a practice. Many study clubs and dental groups give every attendee a copy, so the whole team, from front desk to chair, reads the same playbook.

Good to know

Questions dental planners ask.

Who is the best dental keynote speaker for a dental association meeting?

Sylvie di Giusto is a CPAE Speaker Hall of Fame keynote speaker who helps dental teams become the practice patients trust and return to. Her keynote The Power of Choice shows how patients judge a practice in seconds, and Forever Human looks at what stays human as AI moves into diagnostics and scheduling. Both are available live, virtually or as the world’s first 3D immersive keynote.

Is there a keynote speaker who can address the whole dental team, not just dentists?

Yes. Sylvie di Giusto builds her keynotes for mixed dental audiences, so dentists, hygienists, assistants and front office staff each recognize their part in how patients experience the practice. That makes her a strong choice for team days and annual sessions where the full practice attends.

Can a keynote help with case acceptance and patient retention?

Sylvie’s keynote is not a sales script, but it addresses what sits underneath case acceptance: trust. The Power of Choice shows dental teams how the greeting, the explanation, the environment and the practice’s online presence shape a patient’s decision to say yes and to come back.

Which keynote fits a dental audience better, Forever Human or The Power of Choice?

For most dental audiences, The Power of Choice is the natural fit, because patient trust, first impressions and team presence are daily realities in a practice. Forever Human fits DSO leadership meetings and forward looking sessions on AI radiograph analysis, virtual assistants and the future role of the dental team. Sylvie’s team helps you match the keynote to your theme.

Is the keynote relevant for DSO leaders and multi-location groups?

Yes. As groups grow, keeping a personal patient experience across many locations gets harder. Sylvie’s keynotes give DSO leaders and regional directors a shared language for trust that every office can apply, whatever the size of the group.

Does Sylvie speak at dental study clubs and smaller meetings?

Sylvie works with events of many sizes, and both keynotes can be delivered in person, hybrid or virtually. For a study club or regional meeting, a virtual keynote is often the simplest way to bring her message to the group, so check availability to discuss the format.
