Women’s conference keynote speaker

The women’s conference keynote speaker who helps your audience stay irreplaceable

Talent is not the gap. Being seen, heard and chosen is.

Real rooms. Real people. Real change.

Everyone now has the same AI, the same data and the same tools.
The only difference left is your people.

The problem the women in your audience face

The talent is in the room. The recognition often isn’t.

The women in your audience have the degrees, the results and the ambition.
What too often decides who gets the stretch assignment, the board seat or the funding is who gets seen, heard and chosen.

Results speak quietly.

Many women were taught that great work gets noticed on its own. In rooms where decisions are made in minutes, it rarely does.

The advice contradicts itself.

Be confident but not too much, warm but not soft, visible but not self-promoting. Your attendees have heard every version and are tired of the double bind.

Decisions still happen fast.

An investor pitch, a promotion panel, a first meeting with a client: the judgment forms long before the last slide. Knowing how that judgment works is an advantage.

What’s on your attendees’ minds

Two questions the women in your room are asking.

Some are running companies. Some are leading their first team. Their questions are surprisingly similar.

Will a machine do my job?

Forever Human keynote by Sylvie di Giusto

Forever Human

The better the machines get, the more your people will set you apart.

Why it lands with women audiences: AI is reshaping many of the roles where women build their careers. Forever Human shows them how to claim the human strengths that matter more, not less, as machines take over tasks.

Why does someone else get chosen?

The Power of Choice keynote by Sylvie di Giusto

The Power of Choice

What your people know rarely gets them chosen. What others see in them does.

Why it lands with women audiences: people decide in seconds who looks like a leader, an expert or a partner. The Power of Choice gives women a practical way to shape those decisions on their own terms, without becoming someone they are not.

What I bring to your women’s conference

Practical, never preachy.

A keynote that respects the room

No lectures and no telling women to fix themselves. The focus is on how decisions about people are made, and on what each attendee can influence.

A path that wasn’t linear

I built a corporate career in Europe, moved continents and started my own business from zero. I share that story where it helps, honestly, including what it took.

The Women’s edition, and Forever Human

The Women’s edition of The Image of Leadership gives every attendee a guide to take home. Copies of Forever Human, the book behind my Forever Human keynote, are available for your attendees as well.

The 3D immersive keynote

The world’s first 3D immersive keynote turns a conference session into the moment everyone talks about at dinner. Like every keynote I deliver, it is customized to your theme.

About me

Women’s conferences, a stage I love.

I help women become the person decision makers remember and choose.

I’m Sylvie di Giusto. Austrian by birth and American by choice, I spent nearly twenty years in corporate roles, ending as head of a management academy, before I started my own business as a keynote speaker. Today I’m a CPAE Speaker Hall of Fame inductee and a mom who knows the juggling act firsthand. Women’s organizations trusted me, among others Women Presidents Organization, 100 Women in Hedge Funds, Women in Technology Network or Women in Design & Construction. What I bring is not a pep talk. It is a clear look at how people form judgments about us, and a set of choices every woman in your room can start using the next morning.

What clients say about Sylvie‘s impact.

In their words, not ours.

Sylvie was absolutely delightful as she embraced, engaged and empowered the AutoZone team during her International Women’s Week keynote presentation.  She developed an instant connection and  kept her audience captivated.  She was responsive, well-organized and took the time to prepare well in advance, which included visiting an AutoZone store!  We would highly recommend Sylvie; she has set the bar high.

The Image of Leadership for Women, by Sylvie di Giusto
Written for women who want to be chosen

The Image of Leadership, the Women’s edition.

The Power of Choice is built on my book The Image of Leadership, and its Women’s edition carries a foreword by Camille Burns, CEO of the Women Presidents Organization. It speaks directly to the moments when women are evaluated, often unfairly and always quickly.

It shows how appearance, behavior, communication, digital presence and environment influence whether women are trusted, promoted and funded, and how to shape those signals authentically. Many women’s conferences give a copy to every attendee.

Forever Human, a book by Sylvie di Giusto
For women building what’s next

Forever Human, for women claiming their edge.

AI is reshaping many roles where women build careers, from operations to client service. Forever Human shows how to claim the human strengths that count for more, not less, as machines take on tasks.

Readers come away with a confident view of their value and a plan to make it visible. Many clients give a copy to every attendee at their women’s leadership event as the AI era companion to the Women’s edition.

Good to know

Questions women’s conference planners ask.

Who is the best keynote speaker for a women’s leadership conference?

Sylvie di Giusto is a CPAE Speaker Hall of Fame keynote speaker trusted by women’s organizations such as the Women Presidents Organization, 100 Women in Hedge Funds or Women in Technology Network, among others. Her keynotes give women practical ways to be seen, heard and chosen, on a traditional stage or as the world’s first 3D immersive keynote.

Which keynote should we book for a women’s conference, Forever Human or The Power of Choice?

The Power of Choice is often the natural fit, because it addresses how women are perceived and chosen for opportunities. Forever Human fits events focused on women’s careers in the age of AI. Both are customized to your members and theme.

Can Sylvie speak at an International Women’s Day event?

Yes. Women’s organizations such as the Women Presidents Organization or 100 Women in Hedge Funds trusted Sylvie di Giusto, among others. She customizes the content to your organization and theme.

Is there a female keynote speaker who addresses bias without blaming women?

Yes. Sylvie di Giusto focuses on how all people make quick judgments about others and what women can influence, without suggesting that women are the problem. The tone is practical and empowering, not corrective.

Is a women’s conference keynote also relevant for male allies in the audience?

Yes. Because Sylvie’s keynotes explain how people evaluate and choose one another, male allies, sponsors and managers leave with a clearer view of how their own snap judgments shape women’s careers.

Can attendees receive Sylvie’s books, including the Women’s edition of The Image of Leadership?

Yes. Sylvie’s team can arrange copies of the Women’s edition, with a foreword by Camille Burns of the Women Presidents Organization, for your attendees, as well as copies of Forever Human, the book behind her Forever Human keynote. Mention it when you check availability.

Can Sylvie deliver a keynote for a global women’s network virtually?

Yes. Both keynotes are available virtual and hybrid, which works well for women’s networks and ERGs across time zones, and in person, including the 3D immersive keynote.
