ACCESS TELEPROMPTER
  • ROOM: Dark, dimmed, minimum height approx. 25 feet. No big light sources.
  • STAGE: Minimum width 26 feet, minimum depth 15 feet. The deeper the better.
  • BACKGROUND: Dark backdrop or screen with black image or dark ambient video.
  • NET: Width 26 feet, height 19 feet, weight 11 pounds.
  • RIGGING: Truss, Kabuki, Rolling System. Tie lines or bungee cords.
  • STEAMER: Required to eliminate wrinkles, preferable industrial.
  • PROJECTION: Preferably center-mounted, 20,000 to 30,000 Ansi Lumens.
  • LIGHTING: Front shoulder and head lights, preferably 5-point, less than 5,300 K, blue tones.
  • CONFIDENCE MONITORS: Off stage, far enough to avoid reflection, no live feed.
  • MIC: Preferably countryman/headset or lavalier. No handheld.
  • CLICKER: Standard clicker to advance animations from stage.
  • ANIMATIONS: File transfer of mp4 videos, QLab playlist.
  • PROMPT SCRIPT: On confidence monitor, manually advanced, via easyprompter.com.
  • SEATING: Restricted view area in the front close to stage, and at the sides far from stage.
  • MEDIA PRODUCTION: Can be streamed to IMAG, no flash photography in the front.
  • SET UP & INSTALLATION: 60-90 minutes, depending on installment type and steaming.
  • RUN THROUGH & REVIEW: 60-90 minutes run through to prepare your production team.
  • STRIKE DOWN: 1-10 minutes depending on installment type.
