The revelation is part of the unique experience, a delightful unveiling reserved for when you arrive at the location. I ask for your trust in the carefully curated process that I undertake to assemble a group that is both harmonious and diverse – a blend of similarity and distinctiveness.
Depending on the group’s focus and needs, I often invite guest experts to contribute their insights. Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to meet the students who benefit from your participation. Furthermore, you are welcome to invite your local Tampa friends to join us for a “Family and Friends” barbecue on Saturday evening.
Let’s talk. In the past, we’ve had groups where participants brought along a spouse or partner. The arrangement varied depending on the group’s dynamics and the retreat’s focus. Some spouses simply enjoyed the pleasant Florida winter, while we were at work. Others took a more active role, especially those who were involved in their partner’s business endeavors, contributing to discussions and activities.
No worries at all. A few weeks prior to the retreat, you will receive an onboarding form designed to gather important details about your dietary needs and preferences. I am committed to accommodating your dietary requirements to ensure that your experience at the retreat is not just valuable but also enjoyable.
Tampa/Largo/St. Pete/Clearwater area, FL (20-30 minutes from airport). You’ll be working, learning, and laughing together in a beautiful vacation rental home with separate bedrooms and joined workrooms. Address will be provided to participants.
Over the years, it has become evident that the atmosphere of a home significantly enhances the retreat experience. Living together under one roof, sharing meals, and having the space to learn and relax collectively cultivates a unique ambiance that goes beyond the formalities of a traditional hotel setting.
Your financial commitment for the 4-day retreat is a total of $2,800, which encompasses all living costs (rent, meals, materials, etc.) Upon the approval of your application, a down payment of $800 is required to confirm your participation. The remaining balance of $2,000 is due by October 1st, 2024
Your donation will cover rental costs of the property, all meals, material costs etc. The remains of your donation will go towards the scholarship of the NSA Central Florida University.

What unfolds after the retreat is entirely in the hands of the group itself. Each cohort uniquely shapes their post-retreat journey. Some have chosen to continue in a more informal arrangement. Others have transformed their experience into a regular virtual mastermind. There are also groups who have opted to meet independently, without my direct involvement.
