I am honored that you are considering me as a resource and keynote speaker to provide a fun, informative, and interactive experience to help your audience overcome the challenges they are facing right now at work and in life.

Please know that I have been “one of you” for twenty years and understand the corporate and meeting world like few other speakers do. In my prior role, as the head of an international management academy, I was responsible for hundreds of events—from small corporate sessions to large conferences, from in-person meetings to hybrid and virtual programsand I found myself spending days searching for the perfect speaker.

Today, I am grateful to know both worlds. I understand that your professional reputation is dependent on the keynote speaker you choose for your event, and I will do everything necessary to ensure you and your organization receive excellent feedback.

I also want you to know that I am not a “diva” to work with. In fact, I take tremendous pride in being low maintenance and easy to work with. There are only a few requirements I have to make your job and mine less stressful and more efficient. I don’t think that I request anything revolutionary. Instead, I believe that it is helpful to know right from the beginning what to expect from one another.

SOME BURNING QUESTIONS THAT MIGHT STILL BE SWIRLING IN YOUR HEAD

This partnership is being considered in a world that continues to navigate the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. While requirements and regulations are different for each client, state, or country that I serve, I want you to know that I am fully vaccinated against the coronavirus, have received a booster shot, and I am happy to get tested prior to, during, or after your event and will follow all your guidelines and requirements. At the time of your event, should new concerns make in-person participation problematic or a threat to personal health, I will work with you to review any potentially new concerns and protocols as well as alternative options to present.

To make it easy for you, I’ll ask you to pay a flat travel fee that includes airfare, rebooking and cancellation fees, ground transportation, meals, and incidentals. I will arrange and book all travels from or to my home airport (Tampa, Florida) or from or to another speaking engagement. The only thing I require from you is a booking in a hotel of your choice, preferably the event location, billed to your master account.

The requirements I have are basic. I would appreciate a glass or bottle of water nearby. I need an AV system that works, and I am looking forward to an excited audience ready to step outside their comfort zones.

There is no easy answer to this question. Please, reach out for more information about in-person and virtual speaking fees. 

Simply said, I am yours all day if you hire me. Together, we can figure out how we can make my time on and off the stage as useful to you as possible.

  • Full-day exclusivity (including book signings, dinners, panels, group discussions, etc.)
  • Pre- and post-conference calls and pre-program questionnaire (needs, goals, outcomes, etc.)
  • Pre-event promotion (videos, social media posts, articles, podcasts, etc.)
  • Digital files for handouts, worksheets, or maps, etc.
  • Recordings of the presentation and distribution within your organization if a master copy is provided.
